Summit is led by individuals with a deep personal understanding of addiction. Many of our team members are living transformed lives, while others have supported loved ones through the challenges of substance use disorder. This shared experience creates a powerful bond within our community, fostering empathy, compassion, and unwavering support. Our team’s firsthand knowledge informs our treatment approach, ensuring that our participants receive care that is both evidence-based and deeply humanizing.

Tom Bond

Founder & CEO

Prior to launching Summit in 2019, Tom spent 17 years at Helping Up Mission, a leading nonprofit dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support for individuals struggling with addiction and homelessness. With a capacity of 750 beds, Helping Up Mission is one of the largest and most respected treatment communities in the country.
